Krys Denos focuses her practice on corporate law and provides counsel to her clients on a variety of corporate matters, including business formation, reorganizations, mergers and acquisitions, commercial contracts, and corporate governance. Other areas of her practice include emerging business and transactions involving technology, software, and intellectual property.
