Krys Denos focuses her practice on corporate law and provides counsel to her clients on a variety of corporate matters, including business formation, reorganizations, mergers and acquisitions, emerging business and venture capital, commercial contracts, and corporate governance. Other areas of her practice include transactions involving technology, software, and intellectual property. Krys works closely with colleagues across other practice areas to provide effective service to clients in a wide range of industries.
