
Grace Elie, a paralegal in Dickinson Wright’s Troy office, supports the firm’s Real Estate Finance and Corporate practice groups. In her real estate work, Grace assists with matters involving national and regional lenders, mortgage bankers, and loan servicers, including multifamily housing and commercial property lending. She is responsible for reviewing and analyzing due diligence materials—including title, survey, and organizational documents—and coordinating the closing process from start to finish. In her corporate work, Grace assists attorneys with business formations, maintaining corporate minute books, and monitoring annual corporate filings for more than 100 client entities. Prior to joining the firm, Grace worked as a mortgage underwriter with a national wholesale mortgage lender.
