Eric Moss

Eric Moss is an attorney in Dickinson Wright’s Ann Arbor office, where he focuses his intellectual property practice on patent litigation. He has substantial experience representing clients across a range of industries in federal district courts nationwide, handling all phases of litigation.

Eric leverages his deep technical expertise and hands-on experience to provide clear, strategic advocacy in high-stakes matters. Prior to joining Dickinson Wright, he was part of the intellectual property litigation team at an Am Law 100 firm and gained valuable insight as an extern for the Honorable Judge Blakey of the U.S. District Court for the Northern District of Illinois as a law student. Before transitioning to the legal field, Eric worked as a product development engineer for a major U.S. automotive manufacturer, giving him a unique understanding of complex technologies and industries.
