Licensed in both Ontario and California, Corey brings a cross-border perspective to a wide range of entertainment and media transactions. He counsels clients on the development, production, distribution, and exploitation of film, television, and digital media projects, as well as intellectual property acquisitions, licensing arrangements, and talent agreements.
Corey has extensive experience supporting business and legal affairs matters throughout the content lifecycle, including intellectual property rights acquisition and management, chain of title review, legal clearance, guild compliance, insurance procurement, publishing and merchandising arrangements, corporate governance, entity formation, and the negotiation and drafting of complex commercial agreements.
