Cheryl McLaughlin is a corporate paralegal in Dickinson Wright’s Phoenix office, with a strong focus on transactional law, general governance, and compliance matters. She is highly proficient in conducting comprehensive research, analysis, and document drafting and review. Cheryl actively monitors changes to state and federal statutes and laws to stay ahead of industry shifts.

Dedicated to collaboration, Cheryl works closely with clients and attorneys to support the preparation and review of legal closing documents, purchase agreements, corporate entity documents, and other related legal materials. She facilitates ongoing monitoring throughout all stages of the transaction process.
