Brianna Laguerre is an intellectual property paralegal with more than seven years of experience supporting attorneys, in-house counsel, and brand teams on trademark, patent, and IP litigation matters. Her experience includes U.S. and international trademark prosecution, docket management, clearance, and enforcement, as well as coordinating with foreign counsel and managing global trademark portfolios.
Brianna handles day-to-day IP portfolio administration, including maintaining accurate docketing records, managing renewals, preparing and filing applications and related documents with the USPTO and WIPO, and monitoring key deadlines across multiple jurisdictions. She is proficient with a range of IP and litigation support tools, including CPI, CompuLaw, Anaqua, iManage, Relativity, and Salesforce, and is experienced in working within complex, deadline-driven IP systems.
Known for her precision, organization, and proactive communication, Brianna helps ensure that clients’ intellectual property rights are protected and that matters move efficiently from initial clearance through enforcement.
