Anthony Alfano, an associate in Dickinson Wright’s Columbus office, is a member of the firm’s Corporate practice group. Prior to joining the firm, Anthony was an associate in a large national law firm where he used his skills to assist clients on a wide range of areas, including private equity funds, debt financings, and corporate reorganization.
