Alicia Rodriguez is an associate in Dickinson Wright’s Ann Arbor office, where she focuses her practice on business immigration law. With more than five years of experience as a business immigration paralegal prior to law school, Alicia brings both a strong foundation and practical insight to her work with clients. She has handled a wide range of matters, including PERM Labor Certifications, immigrant visa petitions, and nonimmigrant cases involving L-1, H, and E visas.
Known for being a knowledgeable and client-focused advocate, Alicia combines legal precision with real-world understanding to deliver thoughtful, solutions-driven representation.
While attending the University of Detroit Mercy School of Law, Alicia served as a senior editor of the University of Detroit Mercy Law Review and received the Best Senior Editor Award for her contributions. She was also an active member of the Women’s Law Caucus, serving as the Oakland County Liaison and further demonstrating her commitment to leadership and service within the legal community.
