Alexandra Dinca, a corporate law clerk in Dickinson Wright’s Toronto office, assists clients in all types of corporate maintenance and compliance matters relating to the regulatory requirements of Ontario and Federal corporations. She has experience in many areas of corporate law including annual maintenance of corporations and limited partnerships, business name registrations, due diligence reviews and conducting minute book reviews.
