Mr. Chumak focuses his practice in the area of intellectual property. He is involved in all aspects of the clearance, prosecution, and enforcement of intellectual property rights including patents. He has extensive experience in complex trial and appellate advocacy, intellectual property applications and agreements, and licensing of patents. Mr. Chumak is a Fellow of the Intellectual Property Institute of Canada. He is a member of the Canadian Bar Association, the Toronto Intellectual Property Group, and the Toronto Computer Lawyers Group. He is a registered Canadian and US Patent and Trademark Agent. Mr. Chumak received his B.Sc. in Computer Science and his LL.B. from Western University.
