Kathleen Campbell Walker was recently quoted in a Law360 article, “Attys Worried Where ICE Will Draw Line in Asylum Crackdown,” discussing the scrutiny that immigration attorneys face as the DHS cracks down on fraudulent asylum claims, as well as in the assessment of representations contained in other benefit applications filed with USCIS.
