Dickinson Wright PLLC is pleased to announce that Scott Holcomb (Member, Phoenix) has been named to the State Bar of Arizona Public Lawyers Executive Council.
The Executive Council for the Public Lawyers Section of the State Bar of Arizona sets the tone and direction of the section including identifying programming, drafting updates on new legislation and regulations for members, and promoting the section’s activities to the public. “I’m honored to be joining the Executive Council and working with my colleagues to continue the wonderful work the council does for public lawyers throughout Arizona,” says Scott.
Scott’s practice focuses on representation of public entities, construction and real estate documentation and claims, as well as commercial litigation, with emphasis on government contracts, real estate, and construction related disputes. Scott is recognized in Best Lawyers in America. He has received numerous awards and recognition for his work in public education and with kids from Campfire of Arizona, Kiwanis, the Arizona School Boards Association and several public school districts. He received his J.D. from the University of Iowa College of Law.
