The Michigan Defense Trial Counsel (MDTC) recently announced that they have filed an amicus brief in support of the defendant’s application for leave to appeal in Nexteer Automotive Corp v Mando America Corp. Dickinson Wright Attorney Phillip J. DeRosier drafted the amicus brief on behalf of the MDTC in support of Mando’s application for leave to appeal to the Supreme Court.
