Dickinson Wright LLP, Canada’s leading full-service business law firm specializing in cross-border counsel, is pleased to announce that Lawyer Paul Muchnik has joined the firm’s Toronto office as Partner.
Mr. Muchnik focuses his practice on real estate. He has extensive experience in acting for banks and other lenders in commercial mortgage transactions as well as mortgage recovery and resolution. His practice also includes other aspects of sophisticated commercial real estate matters including acquisitions, dispositions and leasing. In addition to transactional work, Mr. Muchnik has drafted financing documents utilized by lenders in the ordinary course of their business. He also provides advice to clients on regulatory and compliance matters and on the structuring of financing transactions.
Mr. Muchnik is a member of the Canadian Bar Association, the Ontario Bar Association, and the International Council of Shopping Centers. He received his LL.B. from Western University.
