Dickinson Wright PLLC is pleased to announce that Attorney Michael E. Noe has joined the firm’s Austin office as a Member.
Mr. Noe brings over 20 years of legal experience, preparing and prosecuting hundreds of U.S. and foreign patents. His practice focuses on all aspects of intellectual property law, including the preparation and prosecution of patents, and acquiring, licensing and enforcing patent rights, trademark rights, trade secrets, and copyrights. He represents clients in a wide spectrum of different technologies, including building products, abrasives, technical fabrics, ceramic materials, renewable energy, materials science, medical devices, automotive, agriculture, consumer products, and many others.
Mr. Noe has a strong track record of taking patent applications on appeal before the Board of Patent Appeals and Interferences. He is admitted to practice before the United States Patent and Trademark Office (USPTO) and he is a member of the State Bar of Texas.
Mr. Noe received his B.S. in mechanical engineering from the University of Texas at Austin; his M.B.A. from Texas Tech University; and his J.D. from the University of Houston Law Center.
