Kevin Desharnais has been quoted in the Agenda Magazine article, “Directors Should Be Discussing Chemicals After EPA’s PFAS Proposal.” In this article, Kevin shares his take on the recent Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) proposal regarding polyfluoroalkyl substances (PFAS) and how, if enacted, would increase companies liabilities due to their previous PFAS usage. He states that these same companies can expect to “see pressures mount to have formalized policies to address these liabilities.”
