Jennifer Ko Craft was recently quoted in The Ankler article, “'Whack-a-Mole': Agents and Lawyers Scramble to Fight AI Celeb Ad Scams,” elaborating on the importance of copyrighted works in the face of unrelenting AI scams and unauthorized uses of works. When explaining the value of copyrighting one’s work, Jennifer states, “I have found when submitting takedowns, companies want you to provide supporting legal documentation…They don’t want to risk being sued for taking down content they weren’t supposed to be taking down.”
