Dickinson Wright PLLC is pleased to announce that Jennifer Ko Craft from the firm’s Las Vegas, Nevada office has been appointed Vice-Chair of the Licensing, Merchandising & Branding Division of the American Bar Association (ABA) Forum on the Entertainment & Sports Industries.
The Forum’s mission is to provide high level CLE and networking opportunities to its members and foster excellence in the practice of entertainment and sports law. The Licensing, Merchandising & Branding Division produces a number of webinars and CLE panel presentations at ABA conferences focusing on key developments and major topic areas within the fields of licensing, merchandising and branding.
Len Glickman, Chair of the ABA Forum on Entertainment & Sports Industries, said: “We are delighted that Jennifer is joining our leadership team. In addition to Jennifer being a subject matter expert in the practice areas covered by the Licensing, Merchandising & Branding Division, she is also a valuable addition to the Forum’s team on the ground in Las Vegas, the home of the Forum’s Annual Meeting.”
Craft practices primarily in the areas of domestic and international trademark and copyright prosecution, licensing and enforcement. She consults with clients in identifying various protectable aspects of the clients’ products, services and concepts, and resolves trademark, copyright, and domain name disputes. Craft also drafts and negotiates a variety of agreements in the intellectual property and entertainment fields such as assignments, licenses, rights of publicity agreements, non-disclosure agreements, personal management agreements and work for hire agreements, including recording, publishing and production agreements.
