Jacob Frenkel (Member, Washington, D.C.) was interviewed live on CNBC’s Power Lunch this week discussing the repayment of losses to the Bernie Madoff Ponzi scheme victims. Mr. Frenkel, who was interviewed with the author and screenwriter of the new Madoff movie, discussed the distinctions between the court-appointed receiver and the Department of Justice’s appointed victim fund administrator.
