Attorney Gary Gudmundsen Joins Dickinson Wright's Saginaw Office

Dickinson Wright PLLC is pleased to announce that Gary E. Gudmundsen has joined the firm’s Saginaw office as Of Counsel.
Mr. Gudmundsen regularly counsels with and advises clients concerning estate and succession planning, including probate and trust administration, and the development and preparation of durable and medical powers of attorney, wills, and trusts of various types, including joint revocable, credit shelter, irrevocable, special needs, and disclaimer trusts. Mr. Gudmundsen also assists clients with business formations and corporate governance, stock and asset acquisitions, software and technology licensing, and negotiating and drafting contracts of all varieties, including buy-sell and confidentiality agreements, and residential and commercial purchase agreements, land contracts, and leases. He also maintains a municipal practice, assisting municipalities with ordinance drafting, ordinance review and analysis, millage proposals, FOIA responses and open meetings act compliance, zoning, resolutions, municipal improvements and other issues unique to municipalities.
Mr. Gudmundsen is a member of the State Bar of Michigan. He has presented seminars addressing various commercial and business issues, including business entity selection, construction liens, contract formation, e-commerce, record retention, wage and hour compliance, and international arbitration.
Mr. Gudmundsen received his B.A. and J.D. from Brigham Young University.
