Dickinson Wright PLLC is pleased to announce that Attorney Jeremy J. Schirra has joined the firm’s Columbus office as Of Counsel.
Mr. Schirra focuses his practice on real estate and corporate matters. He represents investors and developers in all stages and aspects of real estate projects from acquisition to disposition, including joint venture agreements, operating agreements, easements, reciprocal use agreements, leases, service and licensing agreements and other matters. He also represents lenders and borrowers in a variety of capacities, including on bridge, mezzanine, construction and permanent loans. He also represents clients on various merger, acquisition or disposition activities in transactions.
Mr. Schirra is a member of the Ohio State Bar Association and is a Certified Public Accountant. He received his B.B.A. from Ohio University and his J.D. from Case Western Reserve University School of Law.
