Cindy Villanueva Named Regional President of the Year by the Hispanic National Bar Association

Dickinson Wright PLLC is pleased to announce that Cindy Villanueva (Of Counsel, Phoenix) has been named Regional President of the Year by the Hispanic National Bar Association. She will be honored during the 2020 HNBA/VIA Corporate Counsel Conference & Annual Convention National Awards Reception on September 24, 2020.
This year’s individual honorees are a distinguished group of exemplary attorneys and community leaders that have been instrumental in advancing the Hispanic National Bar Association’s goals of bringing the community together and helping to stay connected despite the obstacles. Cindy is Region XIV President and went above and beyond to help the association prepare for the 2020 Corporate Counsel Conference that was to take place in Phoenix. “I’m honored to receive the Regional President of the Year Award from the Hispanic National Bar Association. I want to congratulate my fellow award honorees for their work and dedication to the advancement of the Hispanic community within the legal profession,” says Cindy.
Cindy practices in the areas of domestic and international trademark and copyright prosecution, licensing and enforcement. She assists clients with brand development and with identifying various protectable aspects of the clients’ products, services and concepts. She is recognized as a leader in her field by Southwest Super Lawyers as a “Rising Star” in IP Litigation. She received her J.D. from the University of California Los Angeles School of Law.
