Dickinson Wright PLLC is pleased to announce that Attorney Carly Fraker has joined the firm’s Washington, D.C. office as Of Counsel.
Ms. Fraker focuses her practice on intellectual property, in particular trademarks. She advises clients on the organization and maintenance of global trademark portfolios, clearance of new proposed marks and brands, prosecution of pending marks, and assessment of watch notices and potential risks for enforcement of trademark rights.
Ms. Fraker was a former trademark attorney for a national lawn and garden company. She provided internal support and management over international and domestic trademark portfolios. She counseled clients in intellectual property business matters related to the areas of trademark prosecution, clearance, and enforcement. She worked closely with brand and marketing teams on various projects to drive strategic company initiatives and helped establish new trademark review processes.
Ms. Fraker received her B.A. from The Ohio State University and her J.D. from the University of Dayton School of Law.
