J. Gregory Cahill (Member, Phoenix) was recently quoted in Construction Dive magazine’s “The Dotted Line” series, which takes an in-depth look at the legal landscape of the construction industry. The article Greg was featured in discusses what’s covered by insurance policies. Commercial General Liability coverage, unlike workers compensation insurance, doesn’t cover everything many contractors think it does.
“[The policy] has a very narrow scope of what’s covered, and then it takes away some of that through exclusions,” Greg told the publication.
