Litigator Brian Radnoff Joins Dickinson Wright LLP as a Partner

Dickinson Wright LLP, Canada’s leading full-service business law firm specializing in cross-border counsel, is pleased to announce that commercial litigator Brian N. Radnoff has joined the firm’s Toronto office as a Partner.
Mr. Radnoff is a litigator with expertise in all facets of commercial litigation, including defamation, professional negligence and discipline, appeals, class actions (both plaintiff and defence) and estates litigation. He served as plaintiff’s counsel in one of the largest corporate espionage cases in Canada and represented a plaintiff in a defamation action that resulted in one of the ten highest defamation damage awards in Canada. He is an advisor to the Law Commission of Ontario’s Defamation Law in the Internet Age Project.
Mr. Radnoff is a member of the Advocates’ Society, the Canadian and Ontario Bar Associations, and the Law Society of Ontario. He is recognized as a leader in his field by Best Lawyers in Canada for corporate and commercial litigation and defamation and media law. He is recognized in Benchmark Litigation for appellate work. He currently serves as Adjunct Faculty at the University of Toronto Faculty of Law where he teaches the Upper Year Moot Course. Mr. Radnoff received his Bachelor of Commerce and Master of Arts in Economics from the University of Toronto and his LL.B. from the University of Victoria.
