Rhodedeodato Corp. case, in which a New York federal judge refused to preliminarily block Hailey Bieber's company from promoting her new beauty brand Rhode, following a request by a same-name fashion brand. "With the rise of celebrity brands, a name isn't just a name," said Jennifer.
