Pahl Zinn was quoted in the Healthcare Dive article, "The Advocate-Atrium merger closed without an antitrust challenge. What does that mean for competition in 2023?" The article discusses the Advocate-Atrium merger deal, which closed in December without a challenge from the FTC has created the fifth-largest nonprofit health system, generating annual revenue of $27 billion with 67 hospitals.
