Women Lawyers Association of Michigan 99th Annual Meeting on April 28, 2017

The next WLAM annual meeting will be held on Friday, April 28, 2017 in Lansing at the Crowne Plaza Hotel. WLAM will be celebrating 99 years.  The annual meeting will feature Judi Brown Clarke, Ph.D as our Keynote speaker. She won a silver medal in the 1984 Olympic Games in Los Angeles and is a five-time National Champion in the 400-Meter hurdles event. She is currently serving on the US Olympians and Paralympians Association. She also serves on the Lansing City Council and is the Immediate Past Council President. Recently Dr. Brown has announced her candidacy for Mayor of the City of Lansing. In addition, Dr. Brown is the Diversity Director for the BEACON Center at Michigan State University. Her husband sits as a Judge for the 54A District Court in Lansing. She will be speaking at the next annual meeting in Lansing on April 28.
