Lucie Kroumova focuses her practice on internet gaming regulatory matters, corporate and securities law matters, contract drafting, merger and acquisition transactions (domestic and cross-border), private and public equity and debt financings, secured lending, strategic alliances, complex commercial arrangements and corporate governance and continuous disclosure matters for public and private companies. Lucie Kroumova regularly advises medium and large corporations (both domestic and international) and their boards of directors in connection with their operations throughout Canada. She also enjoys working with entrepreneurial clients in building sustainable businesses by addressing their initial regulatory and commercial legal needs. She has significant industry experience in internet gaming, manufacturing, software and application development including in relation to blockchain, product distribution and professional services.

Prior to obtaining a law degree from Osgoode Hall Law School (Toronto), Lucie Kroumova practiced corporate and commercial law and tax litigation in Sofia, Bulgaria. She holds an LL.M. in International Law and International Relations from the University of Sofia, Bulgaria. She is fluent in English, Bulgarian and Russian with working knowledge of French.
