Ellie Rodrigues has been a law clerk since 1986. With more than 30 years of legal experience in a variety of areas of law, her practice currently focuses on providing assistance to the lawyers in the firm’s corporate finance and securities regulation area of practice. Her role includes the preparation of documents relating to ongoing continuous disclosure obligations for public companies and completion of filings with securities regulatory authorities. Ellie also assists the firm’s lawyers on a wide variety of real estate, commercial and corporate matters including, commercial, residential, industrial and agricultural real estate dealing with freehold, leasehold, condominium, environmental, mining interests, purchases, sales and mortgaging.
