Dickinson Wright PLLC is pleased to announce the addition of two new attorneys to the El Paso office this summer. David M. Mirazo is Of Counsel, focusing his practice in commercial and business litigation, corporate, and real estate law. Michelle D. Esparza is an Associate with a focus on appellate litigation, education and school law, and commercial and business litigation.
Mirazo represents clients throughout Texas and New Mexico in a wide range of litigation matters, including commercial litigation, fraud and fiduciary litigation, real estate litigation, deceptive trade practices litigation, personal injury defense litigation, as well as creditors’ rights. As a native of Mexico and fluent in Spanish, Mirazo also represents Latin American and U.S. clients in cross-border litigation matters and provides strategy and counseling to Latin American clients on matters related to business transactions in the United States.
Esparza focuses her practice on Appeals, Litigation, and Education Law. She is a native and bilingual El Pasoan and received her juris doctorate from The Ohio State University Moritz College of Law.

Dickinson Wright opened its El Paso location in 2017. The attorneys in El Paso practice in a range of legal areas including appellate, commercial and business litigation, government affairs, immigration, international, and labor and employment.
