Nicholas J. Angelocci

Mr. Angelocci focuses his practice on intellectual property law, primarily in patent law, helping his clients obtain valid and enforceable patents to protect their investment in innovation. He uses his background in mechanical engineering to assist clients in a variety of fields, including the automotive industry. The majority of his practice focuses on mechanical products, systems, and processes.

Prior to entering the legal profession, Mr. Angelocci worked as an engineer in the aerospace industry, focusing on designing satellite structures. His first hand design experience prepared him to understand the complex design issues facing today’s inventors, and the need to innovate and adapt throughout the life cycle of a new design or an improvement on an existing design.

Mr. Angelocci has experience working with clients of all sizes, from international corporations to independent inventors. He understands that the needs of one client may be different than another, and he works with his clients to determine the best course of action for each individual case. Evaluating a new invention and determining the scope of patent protection is unique to each case, and he takes pride in obtaining the appropriate legal protection for his clients’ innovations.
