The article focused on Section 337 of the Tariff Act of 1930 and how it remains the single most powerful and reliable weapon a company can use to protect its United States intellectual property against infringing imports. Under Section 337, the U.S. International Trade Commission conducts investigations into allegations of certain unfair practices in import trade.
