Zachary Ewing is an Associate in Dickinson Wright’s Austin office. Zack is a skilled litigator with experience representing plaintiffs and defendants in state and federal courts across the country. He has handled cases involving complex business litigation, business torts, legal malpractice, contract disputes, and fiduciary duty issues. Prior to entering private practice, Zack served as a judicial law clerk for the Honorable Juan R. Sánchez of the United States District Court for the Eastern District of Pennsylvania, in Philadelphia. While clerking, he was a Teaching Assistant at Temple University Fox School of Business, where he developed curriculum and delivered classroom lectures to undergraduate students enrolled in Introduction to Business Law.
Zack received his J.D. from the University of Pennsylvania Law School, where he served as Editor-in-Chief of the Journal of Constitutional Law. Prior to law school, Zack taught middle school English and History as a Teach For America Corps member in Houston.
