Mr. Broome focuses his practice on corporate law. He is experienced in a wide variety of corporate transactional work, both public and private, including domestic and international mergers & acquisitions, venture capital investments and other financings and securities offerings, technology transactions, and strategic partnerships. He also counsels emerging companies from formation through growth stages and advises clients of all kinds on corporate governance issues, internal affairs, and securities law compliance.
Mr. Broome also has experience in complex commercial litigation, having handled all phases of discovery and law & motion practice and participated in trials and arbitration.
