Ray Luckiram is a corporate and securities lawyer in the Toronto office of Dickinson Wright. His practice areas include securities and capital markets, regulatory compliance of public companies, and equity/debt offerings, and he continues to build his practice in technology law and emerging/high growth company law.
Ray has extensive experience in the drafting and negotiation of complex commercial agreements. He has completed several industry-leading prospectus offerings and prospectus exempt transactions.
Ray has acted for a variety of multinational and domestic clients in health sciences tech, digital assets and iGaming. In particular, he advises start-ups as they navigate through inception to the growth phase, and eventually, to an initial public offering on a Canadian or US stock exchange.
