Conduct multiple M&A transactions including acquisitions, mergers, and strategic disposition of different corporate entities across multiple jurisdictions and industries.

Acquire numerous properties of varying types including manufactured home communities, multifamily apartment complexes, industrial facilities, residential purchases, and regularly conduct due diligence review, title and survey review, obtain municipal certifications, draft and negotiate acquisition documents and closing documents, facilitate closings, initiate post-closing indemnification claims on behalf of purchasers. 

Responsible for several dispositions of commercial properties including mixed use residential and retail projects, retail strip center with a gas station, and manufactured home communities throughout the United States.

Coordinate loans with various institutional lenders on behalf of borrowers, close refinances on properties across the U.S., and advised on reorganizational structure to save borrowers substantial amounts of money.

Prepare loan packages and close numerous loans for international lending institution secured by properties across the United States, including conducting due diligence review, coordinating execution and facilitating amendments and modifications when necessary.

Completed asset purchase of large fast food franchise involving multi-state locations, and reviewed and analyze lease terms, fulfil lender due diligence requirements, effectuated the transfer of municipal permits, and facilitate document execution among 15 investors.

Completed international asset purchase of manufacturing plant located in Mexico for American manufacturer.

Completed stock and asset purchases of multiple commercial entities across variety of industries including health care, retail, consulting, hospitality and food and beverage.

Audited national corporate entity with 30+ subsidiaries for compliance with changing out of state corporate law, resulting in the reorganization of corporate structure. Drafted corporate organizational documents to bring parent company and all subsidiaries into compliance.
