
Peter Doyle is an associate in the firm's commercial and intellectual property litigation practice groups. He has experience in contract disputes, fraud claims, shareholder matters, and government investigations. Prior to joining Dickinson Wright, Peter practiced commercial litigation in New York and New Jersey. He was also an attorney in the Investor Protection Bureau of the New York State Office of the Attorney General, where he investigated and litigated violations of securities laws.
