Lead counsel for AT&T in a 5-week jury trial where plaintiff sought damages in excess of $50 million for breach of contract that resulted in a defense verdict for AT&T.

Lead counsel for AT&T in arbitration against competitive local exchange carrier that resulted in a multi-million dollar award in favor of AT&T.

Part of legal team for AT&T that successfully blocked, at the federal district court and Sixth Circuit, enforcement of a confiscatory Michigan statute that would have caused the loss of hundreds of millions of dollars of revenue for AT&T.

Lead counsel for AT&T in various regulatory actions at the Michigan Public Service Commission.

Lead counsel for BCN Services, Inc., a professional employer organization, in an arbitration against an insurance agency for breach of confidentiality and non-compete provisions of a sales agency contract resulting in an award in excess of $3 million.

Lead trial counsel for BCN Services, Inc. in an administrative trial that successfully challenged a multi-million dollar assessment of unemployment insurance contributions (taxes) by the State of Michigan Unemployment Insurance Agency.

Lead counsel for Michigan’s largest health care company and insurance subsidiaries in successfully defending an action brought by a physician who contended that he was wrongfully excluded as a participating physician under Blue Cross plans.

Co-lead counsel for Ford Motor company in an insurance coverage action that resulted in a judgment for Ford, affirmed by the Sixth Circuit in a published opinion, that its insurers were obligated to provide coverage for punitive damage awards rendered against Ford in products liability actions.

Michigan counsel for Goodyear Tire & Rubber Company and Square D Company for all asbestos litigation in Michigan.
