Mackenzie D. Wilcox

Mackenzie Wilcox is an Associate in Dickinson Wright’s Chicago office, focusing her practice on Corporate law. She provides counsel to clients on a variety of corporates matters, including mergers and acquisitions, commercial contracts, business formation, regulatory approvals and oversight, business licenses applications, tax matters, and corporate governance. Mackenzie also advises clients in the Emerging Business sector, with an emphasis on cannabis law and highly regulated industries.

Before joining the firm, Mackenzie was Counsel with one of the largest vertically-integrated multi-state cannabis operators in the United States, handling their license applications. Prior to her time as in-house counsel, Mackenzie worked as an associate attorney at the largest family law firm in the United States. She earned her J.D. at DePaul University College of Law, where she was a member of the Phi Alpha Delta Law Fraternity, the DePaul Law ABA Tax Challenge Representative, and a Schiller DuCanto and Fleck Family Law Fellow.
