Chelsea M. Smialek

Chelsea Smialek is an associate attorney in the Washington, D.C. office of Dickinson Wright PLLC. Her practice includes a broad range of complex commercial litigation services at both the trial and appellate level in state and federal court. Her practice also includes counseling of schools and educational institutions, as well as government and internal investigations. She has successfully handled trade secret and IP litigation, education law litigation, commercial contract disputes, mediations and arbitrations. As a former judicial law clerk at the Maryland Court of Special Appeals, Chelsea is able to provide valuable insight when handling litigation matters.

In addition to her legal practice, Chelsea is also involved in the community. As a member of the Junior League of Washington, Chelsea strives to promote volunteerism, community improvement, and the development of the potential of women, and she regularly volunteers at events around the Washington, D.C. metro area.
