Arthur D. Sims

Arthur Sims, a corporate lawyer located in Dickinson Wright’s Ft. Lauderdale office, maintains a diverse legal practice which includes general corporate law, sports and entertainment, e-sports, hospitality, and gaming, as well as intellectual property law and hotel, resort, and restaurant development transactions. He has experience negotiating domestic and international multimillion-dollar licensing, distribution, production, and multimedia agreements for renowned entertainers as well as music, film, television entities, museums, and publishing companies.

Arthur has represented a wide range of clients, from Fortune 500 corporations to resort developers, amusement ride product designers to cruise lines and casino owners, as well as gaming equipment manufacturers and owners, in structuring and negotiating venture capital transactions, strategic alliances, franchise agreements, membership agreements, mergers, acquisitions, and joint ventures.
