Katherine N. Reynolds

Katie Reynolds, an associate in Dickinson Wright’s Washington D.C. office, is a member of the firm’s Political Law practice group. She provides counsel to clients in the areas of campaign finance and election law, government ethics, lobbying compliance, and tax-exempt organizations. Prior to joining the firm, Katie was with the Federal Election Commission, serving as Counsel to both current Chair Caroline C. Hunter and former Commissioner Matthew S. Petersen. In that role, she provided guidance on various enforcement and policy matters that came before the Commission and assisted them in editing legal documents and drafting statements.  Additionally, she advised the Commissioners on relevant political issues, including the For the People Act (H.R. 1), the Honest Ads Act (H.R. 4077), and the SHIELD Act.  She has also worked with several state and federal campaigns, including Senator Johnny Isakson’s 2016 re-election campaign and Governor Brian Kemp’s 2018 campaign.
