Justin Gingerich takes a comprehensive approach to assisting his clients in planning and executing strategic and financial transactions to meet their business goals. Methodical and detail-oriented, he works with start-ups and private companies, managing their life cycle from formation and structuring to fundraising and strategic exits.

Justin drafts, reviews, and negotiates a wide range of commercial contracts and agreements to enable his clients to achieve their strategic and business objectives. He provides commercially practical advice and insight, drawing on his extensive experience to guide his clients through the complex challenges companies face in an ever-changing, dynamic business environment.
