  • Served as national discovery counsel for major automotive manufacturer in product liability matters, coordinating and managing all aspects of the discovery process.
  • Drafted and negotiated agreements on behalf of technology companies, including a marketing services contract involving the development and use of a phone application and various online marketing vignettes.
