Kenneth J. Dyer

Kenneth Dyer, a member in Dickinson Wright’s intellectual property litigation practice group, has over 20 years of experience counseling clients and leading teams focused on patent matters in diverse high-technology areas. Throughout his career, Ken has created and implemented effective defensive patent strategies and patent monetization programs using numerous tools including strategic portfolio building, licensing, and litigation.

Prior to joining Dickinson Wright, Ken was chief IP and general counsel at an IT company providing scalable liquid cooling solutions for data centers and HPC systems, handling all legal matters including directing the overall intellectual property strategy, overseeing and guiding all patent litigation and patent prosecution, and providing advice to the executive management team.
