A veteran litigator with over two decades of experience in and out of the courtroom, Chris handles matters for his clients on a national basis relating to financial services, real estate, foreclosure, and creditors’ rights litigation. He represents individuals and companies ranging from Fortune 500 entities to entrepreneurial businesses in a wide variety of business litigation matters.
Chris also has significant experience handling claims involving directors’ and officers’ liability, tort and professional liability, employment and non-competition and trade secret litigation.
