Andrea Briski, is of counsel with Dickinson Wright’s Real Estate practice group, uses her broad experience managing real estate transactions of all types and sizes to help clients close deals. She has handled matters ranging from single-office leases to multi-billion-dollar syndicated loans, giving Andrea the foresight to anticipate and resolve issues before they turn into business-critical problems.
Andrea guides buyers and sellers, landlords and tenants, REITs and investors, owners, banks, developers, finance companies, management groups, lenders, borrowers, and others through complex commercial real estate deals, including acquisitions, dispositions, leasing, and financing transactions. She has represented major global financial institutions in all real estate aspects of complex credit facilities.
Her clients rely on her proactive, hands-on approach to keep projects on schedule, and appreciate her regular communication and responsiveness to their questions and concerns. Her accuracy, precision, and attention to detail allows clients to feel comfortable that she will see their deals through without unnecessary complications.
Prior to law school, Andrea worked at a real estate title examiner and, more recently, as a commercial escrow officer, giving her a realistic, in-depth understanding of the real estate industry in general, as well as title insurance, underwriting concerns, and closing logistics, in particular.
