Lipika Singh

Lipika is an Associate in the firm's Toronto office. She graduated from a business and law dual-degree program at Western University, where she discovered her interest in the legal aspects of commercial transactions. She has assisted with a handful of private acquisitions and public offerings as a summer and articling student at Dickinson Wright. Lipika is eager to use her understanding of business management and strategy to hit the ground running as a first-year associate in the Canadian transactions group.
